"The concierge lady on the 15th floor was incompetent. I was going to incheon next, and I asked if the hotel could arrange transportation and she told me the subway will take 2 hours. And then i clarified I wanted a car arranged. And she ordered me a regular taxi. The taxi didn't take apple pay, the ride was over 2 hours, and I committed because the driver kept accelerating and decelerating. Also no one greeted me at the door, and i had to open the door myself and handle the luggage myself....

"A good central location in Seoul, if a little hard to find at first. A very comfortable bed, a bathroom with excellent hot water and a bath, and the free on-site washing machines and dryers were especially welcome. Staff were always polite, courteous and helpful and booked a DMZ tour for us. Excellent value for money."

"We stayed for 2 nights and it was the perfect location. The rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable."

"Sauberes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück"

"Very nice and no issues, about 10 mins walk to metro and lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby which was good, they even kindly let us check in when we arrived much earlier then expected which we really appreciated thanks so much"

Housekeeping was especially attentive and did a great job every day. We didn’t try the breakfast because it didn’t look very appealing. The gym is also quite small, although it does have a good selection of weights. It would be helpful to have sanitizer or wipes available to clean the equipment after use,...
