This was our first overnight stop in Iceland and it was a good one, albeit with a lot of driving before getting here if you try the golden circle and getting here. The unit had a patio and great blackout curtains. Lived up to photos and then some. Would note to anyone booking that coming from the US, you may think the front door doesn’t lock until you learn that a lot of doors in Iceland require turning the handle up while locking to work. While you are in the area check out the coffee school bus over in Vik, it was awesome (I think it is called Skool Beans). Really good place for a family trip stay. "
