One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in!

Great hotel with highly finished and beautiful modern interior design. Location, staff and restaurant also excellent. Main issue to improve is hot water supply - we ran out of hot water just after 2 kids had a shower and it took long for hot water to be replenished. You would also expect a customised vanity set (shower cap, body lotion, shaver etc...) from an upmarket hotel of this sort. This was surprisingly missing. Trust these issues would be sorted out by the official opening and our return...

9-night stay in February. It's a well-run hotel with good service in a happening area. About 50 restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Very comfortable bed in a soundproofed room which kept out the late-night feral cat noise overture serenading the neighborhood. A bonus was an alcove for a window affording a half-view of Spinola Bay for no extra charge. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Indoor jaccuzi and indoor heated swimming pool as well as 3 outdoor pools. You can get reduced parking by getting a pass from the hotel. We paid €9 for 3 days. Overall a very good experience and we would highly recommend this.

Overall amazing stay , Greta hotel and great staff ! My only thing we didn’t love was the pool club. The hotel uses the manta beach club and they just allocate a section for day beds for the hotel goers. Area was fine but the service over there was not great at all! Had to get up to request most food & drink!

great location & cute boutique hotel with modern amenities. attached to cheeky monkey restaurant & bar - mediocre breakfast, but good atmosphere for drinks & they make a great gin & tonic! only negative was shower that has an opening half door - water gets all over the bathroom floor.

Close to all activities and the water within walking distance. Great bar food.

The location, pool and gym facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is really wonderful. Some rooms have been refurbished and are very large and spacious with an updated bathroom. We had an updated 1 bedroom suite and it was wonderful. Ask ahead. Staff were very helpful.

The apartment I was offered was very nice, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The apartment was just a few steps away from a hotel in a new building. I had a lot of space to spread out and relax. The apartment offered all the amenities I needed, such as a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning in both the living room and in the bedroom, a washer, and fast WiFi.
