"The room was clean upon entry, but under things and in corners it was not. The casino staff and restaurant staff were amazing but the front desk could be friendlier"

"clean rooms, liked the casino, parking was fine, staff was friendly. Was not happy with the coffee, we stayed 2 nights and only had 2 cups of coffee and no one made the beds. They gouged us for the rent because of the motorcycle rally we paid double the price for nothing extra. We had a fire drill at 1am, stood outside for over a hour, and no one would tell us for what. I asked them in the morning what happed and no one knew. Couldn't get the Bronco game on TV, no local Denver channels, no paid...

"Great location fun for casinos, history and museums. Everything in town is walkable. Close to the town of Victor to learn about gold open mining. Get on the tour. In cripple creek lots of museums and historical history. Many buildings from the 1800 century still exist. The people are wonderful and king. Had a wonderful time."

"Good location. A little difficult to find the unit in the dark, but we got it figured out. Took a while for the unit to heat up after our arrival, but a very comfortable place with good beds and a responsive host. The WiFi was not working so neither was the streaming service TV. There was some attempt to remedy the situation, but there was not enough time to resolve the issue for the short one night stay. "

The sparrows nest studio appointment is so cute and would be the perfect romantic get away for sure...it is definitely not for tall people because the ceiling is so low....im sure the other 2 upstairs units have higher ceilings ..so if you are tall id go with one of the 2 upper units. Check in and check out was really easy . We are definitely gonna stay again."
