"Front office staff are not so friendly. They also keep your passport or collect cash-only incidental deposit. We didn’t carry that much cash and had to leave one of our passports with them. When leaving, they took forever and rambled to find the passport, raising security concerns."

"Overall a great stay but a few problems with the room eg lights, AC, power points. Staff were excellent. Sometimes difficult to get a spot around the pool. Good location but not good value for money. "

"It was a lovely stay for us. Everyone in the staff was very courteous and nice. The breakfast spread was decent. The resort is right on the beach and is very family and kids friendly. Although it’s in a very secluded area of Phuket, there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel with very reasonable rates. For families looking for a relaxing few days on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, it’s a wonderful option."
