"Friendly staff and free parking. "

"Fabulous dinner n breakfast !! The hotel staff are all very friendly n helpful. This is our second time staying in this hotel. Will definitely be back again.."

"The rooms were a good size. How ever the restaurant and hot springs spa was closed and has been closed since 2021. "

"Right next to both Nikko stations and a supermarket . Very clean room & helpful staff . The free breakfast was great considering the cheap price of the room . Totally recommend"

"It is right across from the train station and the bus loops. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was warm even though we dropped the temperature as low as it could go. Everything else was great."

"We loved our stay at this little cottage in Nikko. The hostess was so amazing to work with both before we arrived with advice on car rentals and once we got there with restaurants and things to do. She was even so kind as to help us book a reservation later on our trip that we couldn’t do on line. The fresh fruit for breakfast was very tasty and the home was on a quiet street and an easy walk to food and not too far to the main shrine area. We would be very happy staying there again."

"Conveniently located! Near to Nikko station, car rental station, petrol station, supermarket and eateries. All within a few minutes walk."

"Spacious room, very accommodating and friendly staff. "
