"The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was clean as well and had nice water pressure. The view of the lake from the room was amazing! The owner sent me a text message with the room # and code for the lock around 3 pm which was nice. I also left my charger in the room and the owner is nice enough to mail it back to me."

The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. We were sitting at the kitchen table and several mice ran around the kitchen. We understand as it's a wooded setting that is a possibility but we really had too many encounters with mice to feel comfortable with the stay. "
