"-Road to hotel needs to be redone quite bumpy (15 mins prior to arrival) -Far from airport breakfast and dinner included customer service (Felix, Beatrice to name a few) over water villa room definitely gives luxury peaceful birthday song with sparkler cake surprise floating breakfast beautiful experience -phone in room did not work reported but not fixed massage was great flexibility (late checkout, last minute add on spa service) allow you to charge to the room (except for tips)"

"We visited Sands Beach resort in mid-June for three nights.
On the plus side, the staff (including Ally, guest relations manager) was consistently friendly, welcoming, and aimed to please. They were VERY accommodating, allowing a very late checkout with no additional charge, since our unit was not booked the evening of our checkout.
The grounds of the resort were quite beautiful too. As was the beautiful pool area. Also the villas were very spacious. The meals were great and the servers...

- Paradise Beach Resort creates an ideal all-inclusive beach escape with three restaurants and numerous water activities.
"We had the regular all inclusive package and it was disappointing that bacardi white rum was considered a premium rum and was not included. We alos dont think that they used bottled water to make their ice cubes.
Overall the pools were great."
