All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "Empfang war 08/15 sehr unfreundlich keine Einweisung keine kurkarte erhalten keine Info das es ein WLAN Passwort gibt . Beim Abendbrot im Restaurant war die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich , wir wollten esse bestellen und dreimal musste uns die Kellnerin sagen das gibt es nicht mehr, zum Frühstück waren die Brötchen aus keine Eier mehr da und der Kaffee war auch kalt. Die Anzugsordnung vom Personal lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. "
