The front desk manager was professional and very helpful. He made my stay very pleasant and enjoyable.

The property seemed very new. Clean, bright, comfortable with nice extras— a free pass to the fitness center just a few yards away, free laundry services. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. When we ordered a birthday breakfast for the room, the staff cam up singing ‘Happy Birthday’ with a piece of cake , candles and ice Cream. Ludi at the front desk was especially helpful. The food at the restaurant/room service was very very good.

Our hosts were very welcoming and they tended to our every need. My wife even got to play with their kittens! Very nice place and great conversations and breakfast!

Our check-in felt a bit awkward—we were told many (many) times how the property and views are “quite stunning” as we were shown around. Everything else was very nice. Room had a great view, and we really liked the breakfast (and breakfast staff). Parking on the hill was tricky!

Dave and Shami are wonderful hosts at this bed and breakfast in a quiet neighborhood in the hills above Rotorua. Delicious breakfast too!

Lovely clean room, large bathroom, very comfy beds, just lovely. The hosts were very nice people, Maria lovely lady. Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend to stay and certainly will go back!

Hotel was great. Full breakfast delivered to room, wi-fi access for multiple devices and a self-serve laundry room made for a wonderful stay.

People in the hotel was very nice. Hotel is located in the town centre. You can go to bus centre, shopping streets, several sightseeing places within 30 min walking distance. No glass/cup in the washing room probably due to New Zealand custom. We took a glass out of 3 glasses from kitchin. Next day, only 2 cups remain in the kitchin. Next day only 1 glass remaind in the kitchin. We claimed this when check-out. They explained us that maid puts glasses in the dish washer in the kitchin...

The woman at the front desk (Sharon) was the nicest person I have ever spoken to in my life. I called the day before my check-in as I was planning to arrive later than when the front desk was open (they close at 9pm) and she was so pleasant and sweet on the phone. She gave me detailed instructions on how to get what I needed upon arrival to get into my room and where to park on the premises. Waterfront BnB with free kayaking and tennis. 10 minutes drive to city center which is nice as it keeps you out of the sulfur smell but still close to everything. Hosts are very nice. Multiple delivery services can be used for dinner.
