"I paid for an upgraded room with a bath. I didn’t get one. Reception staff painfully slow despite not being very busy. I asked the barman about room service and was told that the chef normally finishes at 9.30pm but because it was quiet he was letting him go early but as long as I ordered by 8.30pm I could get some food. I returned at 8.15pm and the barman said he’d already let the chef go. I was annoyed about this. "
