"Staff friendly enough however when we went to ask some more information questions the office was closed, even though their office hours indicated they would be open! Room comfortable, warm & quiet.
Handy to walk anywhere in town.

"If you're looking for a budget lodging option, this is a great choice. We stayed in the cabins. They were a bit outdated, but were clean and well-kept. The bathrooms were very nice, always clean and lots of space. Staff was helpful with check-in, even with the possibility of our late check-in."

Literally the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in…and my expectations are sky high! Place looked and felt brand new. No wall scuffs, no nasty grout, no warn carpet. It was adorable!
Location was great too. Easy parking and just a short walk to the beach and the restaurants in town.

Located at the end of Tauranga Bay is a secluded beach cottage paradise. Our hosts, Sandra and Doc, greeted us with open arms and helped carry our luggage to our private, modern-equipped cottage. The place was extremely clean and neat and furnished with modern appliances, bathroom fixtures, and comfortable furnishings.
Breakfast each morning was plentiful- the espresso coffee, fruits, cheese, eggs, toasts, and tasty granola were plentiful to keep us nourished throughout the day.

Handy to downtown! Very clean, wine glasses were available.. we love our Sauvignon blanc . There was a small dishwasher with soap to wash the dishes we used prior to departure.
Kitchen was fine, with all needed utensils. We got burgers downtown and ate in the room. Trash can was nice to dispose of our leftovers.
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 1 so we went downtown for abit.
The Lollie shop had real fruit soft serve ice cream. It was delish! Don’t pass it up.
Bed was comfy.

Very nice - clean comfortable bedroom and nice common areas. Breakfast offerings were much more than we needed/wanted. The yogurt, fruit and toast were great. Coffee was a bit weak (but we prefer strong coffee or a flat white)

This place was lovely and spacious and very friendly. The beach run in the morning was my absolute favorite...it’s a short jog to miles and miles of pristine beach. My only warning is for the ladies with long hair...bring your own conditioner! The type they had in the shower didn’t work at all and I had a ‘rat’s nest’ until the next time I washed it with my own conditioner.
