"The hotel was situated opposite a bus stop that directly takes you into the city centre. The breakfast staff were lovely and helpful however the staff at the main desk were sometimes quite overwhelmed and curt"

"Located next to the airport, you need to cross the road which is a roundabout that carries a lot of traffic and there is no pedestrian light for crossing - just need to be careful especially when carrying your stuff. Hotel has a young friendly vibe, breakfast starts at 6AM and has good selections, room was nice for the night. Would recommend."

"At first the building looks intimidating, but once you step through the doors the ambience has this dim intimate mood to it that is personally my style. I love the dark wood accents and plenty of relaxing seating. The room is spacious and clean. It’s close to the airport which made the last two days there less stressful knowing the hotel provides transport to the airport. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again"

"Excellent choice to stay when flying out if Edinburgh."

"Good experience staying here! staff was super friendly and helpful i would definitely recommend"

"Great location and staff - good menu options for dinner and bar - there is a small fee for airport shuttle but very timely and smooth!"

"Urige Atmosphäre, nettes Personal, ältere Infrastruktur"

"Property itself is decent and the location works well if you’re driving. However, the staff attitude and housekeeping standards were disappointing for a Premier Inn. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and the room was never properly cleaned once. I requested housekeeping twice — each time they came and simply remade the bed with the same used sheets and left the same used towels. No linen change, no fresh towels, nothing replaced. For a family stay this is completely unacceptable. Staff were...

"Nicely furnished room, all mod cons that you need and friendly local atmosphere"

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. The restaurant...

"Solo traveler! After reading the reviews, I found they were completely accurate. The staff—especially Julie and Ashley—were fantastic, as was the rest of the team! However, the hotel itself is quite outdated given the nightly rate. The room heater wasn't functional, the heated towel rack was unreliable, and no hairdryer was provided. While the bed was on the firmer side—which I personally prefer—it was a very lumpy. Please note that breakfast is not served on-site, as the café does not open...

"Value for money"

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the food. The restaurant menu had a wonderful selection, and everything we tried was very good. The restaurant itself seemed quite popular, which was easy to understand! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were also especially happy to see real cream available for the coffee at breakfast—a small detail, but one we really appreciated. Overall, a lovely place with great food, wonderful service, and a very enjoyable...

"Great location, easy access can't go wrong here"
