"Hotels.com sent the confirmation to my email but failed to notify the hotel. Got there and they had no record of my reservation. I tried to get a hold of a live person at hotels.com and could not. When I originally booked, I made a change to my reservation literally less than 5 minutes later and was charged again. I paid almost 500.00 for a 240.00 room. Hotels.com was no help and I will never use them again. In fact, I am posting reviews on every review board I can find. You are a total scam."

"Room was great. Passing through on way to OBX. Location is close to so many restaurants. Limited front office hours til 9 pm for check-in is my only concern. We had plenty of time but hit lots of traffic on the way. Accidents and construction could be issues .Plan accordingly if you are using the Inn for just an overnight stay. Woukd stay again. "

"This was our second time staying and we were a little less happy with this visit opposed to the last time. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated, water was a bit "dingy" and my wife was grossed out over hair and other items floating on the stair end of the pool. "Pool towels" were the size of hand towels at best and the large circular table looked as if it had an old towel under one of the legs that had been there for a while as well as the entire table being loose and wobbly. The room was clean but neither of us felt the two double beds were as comfortable as the king we had on our last stay. We had an issue with our TV not working and one of the front desk personnel did immediately come to our room to correct the issue after I had to walk down to the front desk since the in room phone had no cord to connect, hence did not work (it was just sitting on the night stand between the beds). Overall, we were not totally happy with this visit."
