"The location was decent since there was a Super Walmart directly across from the property, and it was within a reasonable distance to the theme parks and other attractions. The service was great, and the breakfast was also very good. However, the room itself was not the best experience. The bed was very uncomfortable, and we could hear everyone walking by the room as well as noise echoing through the walls, which made it difficult to fully relax and get a good night’s sleep."

"2nd time staying here within 2 months. Great staff, convenience to Disney Springs, Disney Parks. Great staff that communicates well, makes accommodations seamless and clean property, pools, wish the splash pad was on though. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids! No resort fees/No deposits!!! Wished the kitchen stayed open longer than 10pm. Will be staying once again!!!"

"Staff was extremely helpful. New hotel. Nice to have cafe etc. -best meal of trip was teriyaki salmon at bar!!! Great for a Disney vacay( free transfer to parks) with LESS little kids. Eventually may be nice to have sundries shop, another restaurant but great hotel. Also suggest a few suites with washer dryer would be helpful."

"The staff inside was absolutely incredible- from the Euphoria restaurant staff, to Provisions to front desk - however there was a drastic difference of staff around the pool - not very helpful or friendly. The rooms were decent but could use some flooring updated as several pieces of our floor were chipped or taped down. Overall the stay was a nice getaway but don’t have interest in returning."

"Overall, our stay was okay. The pool area and staff were great, and we enjoyed those parts of the resort. However, when we arrived, there was leftover food in both the refrigerator and freezer, which was unpleasant. We also had ongoing issues with the key cards constantly deactivating, so we had to keep going back to the front desk to reactivate them. On top of that, the toilet kept clogging for no apparent reason. Because of these issues, I would rate the stay a 6/10."
