"Outstanding property. New BQ grill never used until us. Water delivered. Road to house was rough and dusty. Midweek a road grader made most ruts disappear but not the dust. Not a route for rental car unless SUV. We had two pickups so no issue other than dust. On site maintenance man in separate house was friendly and helpful. His cat became part of our group on porch.
