"My experience at this property was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I was personally greeted at the airport and transported to the house by the wonderful team of Mirian (Property Manager) and Johnny (Grounds Manager), who were both friendly, professional, and always eager to help with anything I needed throughout my stay.The house itself exceeded expectations — spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, the living room comfortable and inviting, and the master bedroom opened directly onto a huge deck overlooking the bay. The view was stunning; I could see all the way down the beach from my deck chair.The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk down the beach was Sandy Bay Diving, an outstanding dive shop, along with two great restaurants for easy meals. The property is also just a quick drive to the West End, where I could enjoy the lively energy, shops, and restaurants — then return to the peace, solitude, and relaxation of Sandy Bay.This property offered the perfect balance between adventure and tranquility, and I couldn’t have asked for a better Roatán experience. A huge thank-you to Mirian and Johnny for making me feel right at home. I absolutely loved my stay and would return in a heartbeat."

Gorgeous private pier with hammocks and lounge chairs to relax, get a massage, watch the sunset, enjoy the quiet. Fantastic chef - delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners and the Saturday BBQ is phenomenal!!"

"Miriam was an amazimg hostess. After a long flight from Canada she quickly made us feel comfortable and made the whole pick up/check in easy for us. She went out of the way to help us get around, laundry and cleaning service. She communicated with us easy through Whatsapp. She had a great network of support staff that helped us out during our stay. There was a lovely security man at night. The place was perfect for a couple. There was a private dock we were able to Snorkel off of. The location was close to some amazing restaurants, like Blue Bahia, Sunken Fish, Plan B Pizza, and the Anthony key resort restaurant Ankor Seafood. It was easy to flag a taxi from the main road if needed to get to West End. And it was fun and easy taking the water taxi from the dock, but slightly more money than a land taxi. Would go back again! "We're a large group - 2 families with adult children. The house was excellent - big and spacious. Very clean, private dock where Sundivers picked us up every morning for our dives. Darwin - the caretaker - looked after everything yet was able to not intrude on our privacy. He only speaks Spanish but we made it work and he was great.Communication with Roatan vacation rentals was easy, fast and they are a great bunch of people. Will definitely rent again when we go back!"
