"Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — the subway/train station entrance is only about a 1-minute walk away, which made travelling very convenient. There are also many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby, most of them less than a minute away on foot.
The hotel staff at reception were able to speak English, so communication was easy, and most of them were friendly and helpful. Customer service overall was good, although two female receptionists were less friendly.
There is also a coin laundry on Level 2, which was very convenient for washing clothes during the trip. However, there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, and many guests use them, so you need to plan your laundry time properly.
Overall, the hotel location and convenience were definitely the highlights of the stay, and I would consider staying here again."
