"Loved this place bc it is away from the crowded section of San Marco, but it is still on the Grand Canal as begins to go around Venice. The rooms are clean, breakfast was good especially the double expressos! The rooms are on the smaller side but we really didn’t mind bc we were there to explore Venice not stay on a room all day. The front desk are very helpful. Thank you Anna for helping us get into the room a little bit early since we were both exhausted from the flight from JFK and a little nap was badly needed. The evening bar was a nice place to end up after a day of exploring and Fabiano and Beatrice were great hosts. I would comeback "

"Hotel staff goes above and beyond for us. They were very attentive, accommodating and friendly. They gave us great recommendations of local restaurants. Remembered my birthday! Breakfast was amazing. We also had an early flight to catch and they offered to pack us breakfast togo bags. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Definitely coming back for another stay. "
