I don't know how the staff remembered us every time we came and went - they were very friendly and helpful. "First of all there were ROACHES we were told that it had been exterminated a week before we arrived the following week still ROACHES running me I killed 4 my husband killed one me Three or 4 got away. The kitchen area by the microwave smelled like urine. "It was a very relaxing experience. Enjoyed watching the dolphins. Restaurants were exquisite and excellent. Pool and beach were fantastic and enjoyed them immensely. It is definitely a 5 star hotel and resort. Well worth the cost."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was in an excellent location, clean, close to everything and just a short walk from the beach. Having convenient parking was a huge bonus. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was very spacious, and the kitchenette was incredibly useful for preparing snacks and simple meals. Overall, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"
