"The location is perfect, I came with my friends to Houston for a concert and we made it a multi day trip, being in the center of Montrose next to some great food and not far from anywhere was amazing!! The balcony is private enough so no one can see when you’re there but it’s a perfect spot to people watch with the day and night life.
