I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

And love the location it was quiet and the shuttle was convenient from the airport vice versa. It was a good place for you to stay and able to recommend to friends and family. "
