"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"This is a great hotel and we were very happy with our stay. The front desk was great and made check in super fast and easy. The location is great and the pool and outside bar were also something we liked. "

"The Springhill Suite was very convenient for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2025 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Transportation was provided by Springhill to and from the airport for guests that needed. They were in the process upgrading their card entry readers. You could not enter from some of the side doors with your room key card."
