Check-in is easy and the house is just a short 5-10 minute drive from restaurants and shopping, and just around 20-25 minutes from downtown Asheville. This house is great for dog owners (the yard is fenced) or a small group, and we would definitely come again!"

"I don't think you'll find a place quite like this. It's like a big game room with 3 comfortable private bedrooms off to the side. Very ample kitchen. Great for big groups of people. We had a family reunion there with all age groups and everyone loved it. Very relaxed atmosphere."

"We booked well in advance due to the stay was on Christmas. Bill was very attentive to responding to any questions I had. There was a huge hurricane that went through Asheville and he was informative about the property’s condition. No damages, just the utilities went out and a few trees. My family had a wonderful stay, it checked all the boxes as far as rooms, space, and nearby attractions like the Biltmore estates. Its truely a unique home!"
