"The overall appearance of the house is in good working condition. The pictures online make it seem like you do have a view of the ocean, but there is now a house that built in front of you. They should remove that one photo out. The only other thing is that the fire pit in the backyard does not have any stone or anything around it so the grass is kinda mostly sand in that area. However, it’s probably one of the better as far as cook utensils available that I’ve stayed at in a while !! The view is really my only thing that was not as advertised. There is a slight view, maybe 20 or 30 feet in between houses that you can see water but if you want to see the sunrise, you have to take the short walk to the beach.All that being said, I would definitely stay here again in the future We did really enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is. "

"Perfect place for my wife and I to spend a week. Great location for the OBX. Not too far to go anywhere. Place was very clean on arrival and as nice as the photos on the website. Highly recommend for two people. "

"A wonderful time had by all 7 of us. The house is huge and has amazing views. She is an older home so be patient, but so very worth it. Beach access is simple and close. Safe and quiet road. Super great and easy walk into Duck! We will be back!"

"This is a great property! Everything was as stated/pictured. The house is bigger than the photos make it look. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to make meals for our group. You can walk to the beach, but the golf cart was a huge bonus. You can also walk into town.The pool, yard and hot tub were also very nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I would be happy to rent here again. "
