Very friendly, close to many shops

We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and wanted to do it in style. A friend had stayed at The Hazelton and recommended it. I'm so glad we took her advice. As an outgoing couple we loved the fact that it was just a few minutes walk from The ROM and all those amazing stores on Bloor St. I love to run and took a 5 miles run downtown and back and felt completely safe in a new city. We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a great stay with no issues. The staff were very pleasant at every encounter. My son loved the Omni kid activity bag they gave him and the WiFi worked well for him.

We recently spent a week in Toronto and decided to experiment with a boutique hotel versus a known chain. We were thrilled with The Ivy. Small, at only 4 rooms, guests are pampered and indulged; the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed from the uber comfortable bed, to the plush arm chair and private balcony. Prime choice in beautiful city

Clean, comfortable, great location.

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

Everything about this hotel was great! The staff was pleasant. The hotel was clean and valet parking was quick and easy. I will definitely stay again when I return to Toronto!

We booked through Wikipedia and contacted the property via the app on the check-in day, and they promptly assisted with check-in. We met at the building entrance at the check-in time, and the host personally showed us the room and handed us the keys. The room was newly built, very clean, and the building had staff on site, ensuring security and safety. We could reach out anytime for help, and they were very accommodating. Since it's a newly built building, the address wasn't accurate on Google...

Amazing service and ambience

My favorite thing about staying at this hotel was the accessibility of everything. I felt like I was in the heart of Toronto and I could walk everywhere if I wanted to experience the city on my feet. If I ever got lost I would just locate the CN tower and follow it and the hotel would be right across the street. Great decision to stay here and this will be my primary choice of hotel anytime I visit Toronto!
