"First the positives. 1. Staff were extremely helpful and always happy doing so. If something wasn’t right with your stay they truly wanted to make it better. 2. Location to coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and groceries were really convenient. 3. Easy 10 minute walk to Union Station so no cab/Uber required 4. Less than 10 minute walk to and from Roger’s Centre. 5. Street subway was right out front. Couple negatives. 1. If sleeping on soft beds cripple you then you may want to find a different place to stay. Unfortunately the beds were so soft that sleeping through the night was an issue and the next day was a struggle even moving. The staff tried to move us into a different room but we were busy and no telling if the move would have made a difference. My wife and I appreciated the attempt but we both suffered the next day and after 5 nights we were ready to go home. 2. Outdoor pool. Sounds like a great idea but because it’s outdoors it relies on the weather. It was closed one day because it was scheduled to rain. There were forest fires and the air quality was a 10+ so again the pool was unusable. They do not have a hot tub as well. So if having access to a pool anytime during the day is important to you, you may want to consider a different location. This is our families third time coming to Toronto to watch the Jays play and this was the first time we picked a different hotel. Really enjoyed the location and the staff."
