"We booked through Hotels.com well in advance of our visit but on arrival Bryan was not expecting us. Fortunately there was a room available. A nice continental breakfast was left out for us which was cereal, croissant, apple puffs or toast. We had a decent sized room with bathroom and toilet down the corridor. This would have been shared but there were no other residents when we stayed. The bed was very comfortable. Bryan was v. helpful and provided a list of local restaurants and take always."

"After a confusing start (the property isn’t marked nor was parking, and I couldn’t find the owner,) we were shown to our studio. It was immaculate, with spare, but nice furnishings. Everything was comfortable, and the blackout shades appreciated. We found the amenities a bit lacking. No toiletries, beyond liquid soap, provided and only instant coffee. "Charming B&B! Area is lovely (although it was raining during our stay so we didn’t get as much of a chance to enjoy the location as we would have liked… but it IS breathtaking.) On the bay, lovely walk to town … couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful spot! "My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. They were great hosts, picked us up at the ferry dock, helped guide us with local transportation options (take advantage of the bus system to the local wineries) and Pip provided a wonderful breakfast that was a highlight of our visit. "While we didn’t require provisions for disabilities, they had an excellent set-up for those that do need such. Our host was very accommodating. "

"We arrived late so really appreciated the fully stocked pantry and fridge eggs juice bread fruit and so much more. There's a few steps up to the apartment but the view is worth it. The interior has all the luxury trimmings of five star retreat clean quiet super comfortable bed and each bedroom has it's own ensuite. Our hosts Tanya and Noel were so friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making the last part of our trip memorable"
