"My stay at Excellence Punta Cana was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. The service was warm and consistent, and the resort itself is peaceful, clean, and perfect for unwinding—especially as a solo traveler. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, the food and cocktails were great, and the beach and pool areas were stunning without ever feeling overcrowded. Overall, it was the perfect birthday getaway, and I’d definitely come back "

"Staff spoke very little English and expected tips for everything. Some staff were friendly, while others were not. The water park was a lot of fun and the beaches are beautiful. Overall, we had a great time, but not a place I would return to."

"Great staff , very welcoming and accommodating. Food was what you’d expect from an all inclusive, good but not amazing. Focaccia and Samsara were 2 of my dinner favourites , and I really enjoyed the Buffalo wings from the food truck at lunch. Only issues were that my room was filled with mosquitoes despite my best efforts to block any points in which they may be getting in from. "
