"Lovely lady greeted us on reception on new years eve didnt have the upgrade room offered but she gave us complimentary drinks room nice slight smell in carpet room 612 and the duvet filling was all in a bundle inside the duvet but lovely stay nice restaraunt nice bar nice comunial areas "

"I stayed here with my partner for 1 night. It was located very near to a venue we were attending so that is how we came to choose this hotel. The room was a good size with a very nice shower room. The water pressure was quite weak however but for one night it wasn’t a problem. Sleep quality was good thanks to a comfy bed and a good temperature in the room. It was New Year’s Eve but we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside. Breakfast was ok but I was surprised to see guests going down in their pyjamas! The choice of cooked food on the buffet was the usual standard but maybe it had been kept under the heat lamps a little too long and had gone hard. Coffee was a basic machine, filter would have been nice. It did the job though to set you up for the day. "

"A Christmas Eve stay was fantastic! Staff lovely, friendly and helpful and we woke up to Christmas stockings on our doors with hot chocolate marshmallows etc inside which was a fantastic festive touch."
