When arriving, you have to take the elevator to the next level to reach the lobby. Very welcoming! Staff was friendly. We also received a complementary room upgrade to the city room. Such a nice room which was located on the 18th floor. Chicago was beautiful overall! I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
