"Absolutely worth the drive from the airport. Perfect for those who love long walks on the beach, clean waters, and healthy food. Much better value than the all inclusive resorts further south and it’s less crowded. Nobody in my family drank alcohol, so we can’t comment on the drinks. The coffee was delicious."

"Roaches. Everywhere. I killed 17 cockroaches in my room over the course of my time there. Food was cold. Everything. I didn’t have one hot meal the entire time. Staff was generally rude and indifferent. Especially the buffet at and the à la carte staff. They all look exhausted and angry and stressed. Could not get a friendly hello anywhere on the resort. Drinks were terrible. They pour for a good five seconds after saying “stop” or “un poquito alcohol” while they laugh at you. I don’t want to drink straight rum. Put some mayonnaise on a burger and spent three days sick. What’s with the music? There’s three different soundtracks playing different music simultaneously at any point on the property. It’s chaos. Won’t be back."
