"The customer service efforts to get me the upgraded room I was on a request list for was great. The check in person sensed my dissatisfaction and relayed that to the manager who in turn called me and was able to transfer me to a luxury suite when available and helped with our luggage as well. Beautiful room and the valet was courteous and efficient. "

"The property delivers great value for its guests, but where it really shines is its staff. They were incredibly helpful, from allowing early check-in at no extra cost to storing our luggage to generally just being friendly and welcoming. Its five-star service really makes you feel welcome and valued. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and perfectly functional. The pool is a nice bonus and, if you're a plane spotter like me, you can watch aircraft making their way to Miami International Airport while you swim. Good restaurants nearby. Would definitely return to this property."
