"The room itself was super clean and well kept, there were some amenities that weren’t listed so that was a nice surprise. The host is very responsive and gave a detailed list of everything related to the room and parking, that was greatly appreciated. AC was good the whole time and never had any issues with it. "Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. "The decor, the space, and the amenities were really nice. I would definitely stay again. The property is the left of the main building, that wasn't explained exactly in the directions so it took me a while to find it cause there's other units out back. The shower curtain was nasty but otherwise it was clean. There was no remote for the bedroom fan so you couldn't have the ceiling light on without the fan (the remote for the office fan didn't work on it, I tried). You couldn't get across the...

"Considering the number of questions that had to be answered, the third party verification, and a choice of damage insurance that had to be chosen before being approved to rent, I expected the apartment to be in really good shape. It was not.
