Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. "We had a small problem (self inflicted) at the start of our stay. Hotel staff was very responsive and fixed us up. Room was very clean and spacious. Very short walk to metro. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to visit Tower of London. Very good value for the price. "
