"The breakfast was very good including the coffee (not everyone has good coffee). There is plenty of off street parking in a secure and well lit parking lot behind the building. There are actually 2 buildings and one appears to be all suites. I suggest you request a room in the suite building. You might also request a room towards the back of the building as street noise could be an issue for those who are light sleepers. Finally, if you plan to visit the wineries in the area plan to do so early...

"We stayed at TownPlace because the location was near the start of the Erie Marathon. Overall very nice accommodations and the staff were pleasant. I would only suggest a reasonable checkout time as a courtesy for those guests running the marathon (at least an hour) to have some time to freshen up after the race. We were given 30 mins which was ultimately fine. Secondly, it would have been nice to have a small early breakfast available between 5-6am (bananas/bagels/coffee) due to the race...

"It was excellent always travel to Erie. But , i didn't like the 50$ fee spun on us. People budget their money when go on Vacation so their not surprise. They should charge People after they leave if anything was taken. Don't put the fee automatically pending. It's like your making your guests feel guilty already. "

"Our stay was pretty good. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked great. They also gave us a goodie bag upon check in. Breakfast was also good. However, the carpet in our room was pretty sticky and the toilet paper holder was broken. Otherwise a nice stay and would probably stay here again."
