"This hotel/room was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The one thing that was better than the hotel was it's staff. I have never stayed in a hotel with staff this friendly. Never passed by anyone that didn't say hello, good morning or good night, and mean it. The service was INCREDIBLE ! We will be back if in the area again. Thank you."

"I liked this hotel very much. Having a restaurant on site was a complete bonus. Airport shuttle too! My only issue with the room is that the bathroom had no safety grab bars. While showering, the tub felt a little slippery for me but worse for my 86 yr old aunt. "

"Our check in was very welcoming. The room is small but we soon got used to it. Beds are comfy enough. Pillows are comfortable. My only complaint would be the street noise but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s a great location for restaurants, subway access, shopping. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Toronto. "

"Great hotel, close to the airport with shuttle bus coming every 30 min. Spacious rooms with coffee mashine and small fridge. Also, we did enjoy happy hour at the retaaurant."
