Excellent hotel not far from the train station. It lies directly on the Lahn river in the historic part of the town. Our room was in the back with a balcony/ Terrasse that had a view of the mountain and lovely bird song. The bed was comfortable and firm. The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. We arrived from a river cruise on the Rhine. The $10 taxi brought us right to the hotel. The check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was new and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding. We walked to the train station, just across the street, for our day's adventure at Burg Eltz. We returned to Koblenz for a good dinner at one of the restaurants near the hotel. The location was perfect, the accommodations were first rate, and the price was reasonable.

The hotel was a great choice for us for four day stay for business. The room was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The internet was fast. The staff could not have been more helpful as we did not speak German and needed some help with directions. The staff was very cheerful. The breakfast was very good. The location was fine.
