"Overall the property, or indeed, our apartment was great. Clean, and all rooms to a very good standard. Location access was and could be tricky as pavement area requires you to be vigilant to oncoming traffic as you navigate the entry gate. Fantastic views of the landscape of Funchal and 5 minutes walk down the hill you'll find a bank, local cafe/bar, local supermarket and the most beautiful of churches. "Très bel appartement, situé au dessus du Jardin Botanique. Super bien équipé, avec une déco très moderne. Literie impeccable. Nous étions attendus malgré notre arrivée tardive. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas une petite terrasse pour profiter de la vue sur Funchal."

Ansonsten, Top modernes Design, großzügig, separates Schlafzimmer, komplett eingerichtete Küche, tolles Badezimmer und auch einen Balkon. Die City ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, in 10-15 min. hat man aber schon die verschiedensten Restaurants zur Auswahl. In weiteren 10 min. ist man in der City von Funchal. Leider hatte der Balkon keine Meersicht, sondern war zur Hauptstraße...

Super Lage, kurze Wege, selbst mit dem Leihwagen kommt man sehr schnell zum Tiefgaragen Stellplatz von der vierspurigen Hauptschnellstraße in Funchal. Die Wohnung hat drei Klimaanlagen, ist voll ausgestattet und die Küche hat alles was man benötigt, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. Allerdings wurde bei dieser Ferienwohnung ein entscheidendes Detail nicht erwähnt. Eindringliche WARNUNG: Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain zum Hang hin. Man...
