"View was AMAZING! The friendly staff helped us upgrade to an amazing Fallsview on the 18th floor. No coffee maker or microwave in room if that matters to you. We’re fine but a heads up. That was all in the lobby though. Jetted tub was a huge plus! Loved our stay… we will be back. "
