"The hotel is not fancy, but it is kept pretty clean. The room exceeded our expectations as it was spacious and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The plus side is the location with public transportation & Place d'Armes Square being walking distance. I would definitely book here again."

Despite repeated requests, the hotel staff refused to address these issues. If you request a taxi, the front desk calls Diamond Taxi only. The customer service of this provider is very poor."
