A small family owned hotel with amazing service and great hotel area. The rooms are well equipped and big enough for three people. The breakfast served for guests personally at the table is fresh and tasty. The only one negative point is the fact that the drinks during breakfast aren’t included in the price and there’s no info about it. Extra point for two friendly house dogs.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le Freya Suites Kayaköy. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes....et même plus encore. Le cadre est magnifique, au calme, loin de l'agitation des grandes villes touristiques. La chambre était spacieuse et chaleureuse. Nous avions un accès direct à la piscine, ce qui était très appréciable et propice à des baignades matinales. Les propriétaires et personnel étaient au petit soin et très attentionnés. Un soir, nous avons mangé sur place et nous nous sommes régalés. Nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement ce lieu pour des vacances sereines et paisibles.

This property was an unexpected surprise and exceeded our expectations. If you want peace and quiet and an authentic experience, then this is the property for you. We loved the property, the rooms, the food, the peacefulness of the surrounds and its proximity to all the hustle and bustle we wanted to get to by car. The hosts were very genuine people whose recommendations about places to see and places to eat were spot on. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Hôtel familial dépaysant et apaisant

Le personnel est la famille qui détient l’hôtel et ils sont d’une gentillesse rare ! L’hôtel a ouvert il y a 3 mois. Très paisable car en campagne. Grande piscine agréable. Je ne sais pas si c’est la fait qu’on soit au mois de septembre mais j’avais l’impression que tout l’hôtel était pour moi, car bien aménagé, donc on n’est pas dérangé par les autres clients. Chambre très spacieuse avec douche et baignoire. Petit-déjeuner traditionnel turc fait maison copieux et délicieux. Il faut une voiture.

Nezih Bir Butik Otel

Öncelikle güler yüzlü çalışanlar çok ilgililer. İsteklerimizi hemen yerine getirdiler. Odaların genişliği gayet yeterli. Küvet yerine jakuzili odayı tercih etmek isterdim fotoğraflarda ve detaylarda çok belli olmadığı için tercih edemedim. Kahvaltısı yeterli doyurucu. Akşam yemekleri otelde şık bir restoran havasında yenilebilir kalan diğer odalardaki ailelerin durumlarına göre. Fiyat açısında dışardan pahalı denilebilir ancak otel bazında düşünülürse normal. Şimdi negatif yorumlarımı yapayım; Otele biraz erken geldik ama bizi mümkün olduğunca erken aldılar odaya sağolsunlar. Ancak aceleden sabun, çöp kutusu gibi ufak tefek eksiklikler vardı. Önemsemediğimiz için dile getirmedik. Bir diğer konu yemekte ilk gün masaya istemediğimiz halde su geldi ve haliyle biz de ikram olarak düşünerek suyu tükettik. Çıkışta faturaya yansıdı. İkinci gün yemeğimde nahoş bir durumla karşılaştım. Durumu dile getirdiğimde hemen aksiyon almak yerine sorguya çekildik. “Burda olmuş olabilir mi?, Sizden gelmiş olabilir mi?” gibi bir kaç soru soruldu ki yemek yapılırken bone kullanılmıyor yani anormal bir durum değil karşılaştığımız manzara. Sonunda isterseniz yenisi getireyim denildi ama ikna olmadılar bir türlü. Çıkışta lafını bile yapmadılar, ücretini de bir güzel aldılar. Sonuç: Nezih güzel bir butik otel. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Biraz daha profesyonel olmaya ihtiyaçları var…
