Tara was lovely member of staff ,very friendly and helpful.We had quite a laugh with her ,she showed interest in what we were doing whilst in Derby.She remembered what tea i had for breakfast and had it ready the next morning .she is a great asset to the hotel ."

"Hotel was nice and welcome was good. I was rudely awaken at 5am in my room from the sound of deliveries and recycling glass bottles which is awful considering the reason we use hotels is to sleep. It has completely ruined my day with work due to tiredness I am now facing. Not one at all "

"The hotel ceased trading several days before our trip. We received no communication about this from either the hotel or Hotels.com and so found out when we arrived at around 10:30pm and found security guards preventing access to the car park or building. Appalling service"
