"Housekeeping was horrible Only 1 elevator working"

"We have been coming for many years, unfortunately the breakfast and the evening apps and drinks have gone down in quality. We still come as still a good deal in the folly location, just sad to see that the amenities aren't what they used to be."

"Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Great common area for breakfast and coffee. Nice deck to sit out on and relax. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, night-life....."

"Amazing staff!! The lady who works the breakfast was so kind and thoughtful of my son and i. We were late to breakfast but she helped us have a nice breakfast:)"

"great"

"Breakfast room and food were excellent."

"The cold water tap was very stiff to open and close, the bathtub was old and not clean."

"Excellent"

"Excellent experience while staying here. Would definitely come back"

"The hotel overall it’s nice, but the elevator and room bathrooms are old and might need an update."

"The Harbor Marina is beautiful. The staff were amazingly helpful, nice and cheerful. They did not offer an airport shuttle, which was disappointing and they only have 2 restaurants, and only one of them offers breakfast, but they do offer a daily free shuttle into downtown Charleston. We did not use the shuttle, instead we paid and went to Charleston daily via the water taxi, which was fun and inexpensive and great experience. I would recommend this place to others, and I would stay here...

"We had an interior room with no windows but it was very nice. I did recommend they add a night light to the bathroom as it is black with lights out. Unexpected breakfast bag was on the door when we got up. Roof top was great for a pre-dinner cocktail."

"The location is great. The rooms could be updated with some paint and new carpeting."

"I thought everything was very nice clean appropriate and the people were pleasant. My only criticism is that Parking was $35 and that seemed to be all inclusive when I scheduled it. They should’ve mentioned this early on. Also, I parked on the fifth floor of a parking garage that had essentially 10 cars in the entire garage. Also if I did not go through the hotel, it probably would’ve been a $12 charge."

"Beautiful suite with a large balcony. The beds were comfortable. We will stay there again"
