"For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. In addition the hotel booked a gala in the lobby on the same night which was very noisy until 11pm when all the marathon runners needed an early nights sleep."

"Great location, close to Old Town FOCO. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure! Smart TVs throughout. Kitchen well equipped and we appreciated having a teapot available!Property could use a little TLC; blinds throughout the house didn’t work great, a couple of them really not functional unless you just opened them fully (not desirable). Let the property manager know that the front porch light was burned out the first day but it was not fixed during our stay. Barking dog next door mildly annoying at times. Overall a good option for Fort Collins!"
