"The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, greeted me right when I walked in and got checked in quickly. They forgot to tell me I had a free breakfast, so I woke up to a "free breakfast" coupon that had been slipped under my door overnight. I hadn't left any time for breakfast, so missed it. It would have been good to know that upon check-in. The room was super comfortable, AC worked well (although was pretty loud/dripping sounds), very clean and quiet. Room service was affordable, and the food was delivered in about 15 minutes. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. "

He went above and beyond, took it the second mile for service, when I needed assistance and was stressed out about an upcoming reservation I had in New York with another Wyndham property.
