"I was very pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of my rooms. The walk in shower was a luxury that I looked forward to each night with the two shower heads. The toilet was very low and had no where to hold on to to get up or down which made it difficult for me and anyone who has knee issues. "I am extremely disappointed with the hotel services. We had a good stay, great cleanliness, despite some stains on the carpet in the room and bathtub. However, I forgot a bag with shoes in the closet. I called for 4 days in a row and no one could tell me if they had found the bag. Until on the fourth day the attendant told me that the bag was not found. My fault for forgetting the bag. But how did they not find it if it was in the closet?
