I would recommend this five star to anyone who would go through verbal for a rental even though it is a basement apartment. It was super clean and so comfortable again. Couldn't recommend this more"

"Even there was a little issue about the entrance key, the quick and prompt response solved the problem. The location is so nice, nice view of the Pikes Peak from the patio, the spring fountain is right in front of the place, close to the Garden of Gods and Safeway to get anything."

"This is a terrific location just a couple blocks from the heart of Manitou Springs, arcade, restaurants, bars, a shuttle stop to the incline, etc. If you plan to live within Manitou for your stay, you won’t even need a car. I took a Lyft from the COS airport and either walked everywhere or took the free shuttle running through Manitou to the incline/Pike’s Peak. There is even a massage therapist within walking distance for when you need muscle help the day after the incline. Small but cozy, it...
