Aqua Suites was an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautiful. The bathrooms were luxurious. There were always plenty of towels including ones for the beach, and soap products. The beds were soft and the pillows firm. Everything was clean. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear, never crowded. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious fruit and really fresh pastries. The croissants were to die for. And they come to the table to ask you what hot food you want. I ordered an egg sandwich...

From the moment we entered we were greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. The facility was exceptionally clean with wonderful amenities. I loved beginning each day seated alongside a lovely pool area not far from a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and the hallways were quiet. We loved our stay at Hotel Lava Beach.

Staying in Casa Serena 10 has been an amazing experience! We were really impressed from the beginning to the end of our stay! Casa Serena 10 combines comfort and style perfectly. This is a Lovely hotel with really friendly & helpful staff. You can pay a deposit & have beach towels for the duration of your stay, there are ample comfortable sun loungers, a lovely pool & jacuzzi. Once you leave the hotel, you are straight onto the beach, perfect for a quick swim in the sea or beautiful stroll. Breakfast was very good & available until 10.30 each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel & look forward to going back.

This is an excellent facility, so close to lots of amenities and the beach, staff so friendly and helpful. Also this is a very quiet facility every resident we meet was so pleasant. Room had great Wi-Fi and television was available, cleanliness was 110%. Not a single complaint.

The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice.
