"Good location for exploring the London. Big Ben was 15min away by walking from the hotel. Also the Thames river is in walking distance as well. Buses and Tubes are close to the hotel so we took tubes to go many attractions in London. Hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and very nice. Convenient stores and cafes are close by. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. "

However, the cleanliness still leaves room for improvement. Furthermore, the sound of the door closing on the first floor is incredibly loud—every single time—and it is truly agonizing! I recommend avoiding rooms on the first floor!"
